Overview

Many of the Duke Pharmacology and Cancer Biology Faculty are happy to accept medical students and postdoctoral candidates into their labs. These faculty, the Duke medical school, or other outside funding agencies should be contacted for information regarding funding opportunities. Contact faculty members who may be interested in accepting postdocs and medical students, and check out the graduate student pages for information on Duke, Durham and the Department.

Postdoctoral Fellows interested in cancer research and who are in MCB faculty Laboratories are eligible for support on the T32 MCB Training Grant. As this is a NIH-funded program, candidates must be US citizens or permanent residents and have not been previously supported by a PHS postdoctoral fellowship for two years. The fellowship is open to recent Ph.D. or M.D. graduates, excluding applicants who have had more than two years' experience.
